jilebit strictly enforces the minimum age of 18 for all account registrations. Providing false age information is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

General Terms and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jilebit ("jilebit", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jilebit website, mobile-optimised interface, games, betting markets, promotional offers, customer support services, and all other features made available through the jilebit platform at jilebit.net.
By completing the registration process, clicking to accept these Terms, making a deposit, or placing a bet on the jilebit platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the jilebit platform.
jilebit reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. These Terms are written in English. - Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with jilebit or any other gaming platform where a cross-platform exclusion has been communicated to jilebit in writing.
- Personal use only: You must register and play solely on your own behalf, using your own identity, funds, and payment methods. Playing on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account, is prohibited.
- Accurate information: All registration information provided to jilebit — including your name, date of birth, address, email, and mobile number — must be accurate, truthful, and up to date at all times.
jilebit uses risk-based age and identity verification procedures. Players may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents as part of the verification process: a national identity card (NID), a valid passport, or a driving licence. In some cases, supplementary address verification via a bank statement or utility bill may also be requested. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by jilebit support may result in account suspension until verification is completed.
Account Registration and Verification
To access real-money gaming and betting services on jilebit, you must complete the account registration process and provide all information requested. Registration is free and open to eligible individuals in Bangladesh. jilebit reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.
During registration, you will be required to select a unique username and a strong password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. jilebit strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which is available as an optional security feature in the account settings panel. jilebit staff will never ask you to share your password under any circumstances. - Contact details: Your registered mobile number and email address must be valid and accessible, as they are used for account verification, transaction confirmations, and support communications.
- KYC verification: jilebit may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing any withdrawal. KYC documents must match the registration details on file. Mismatched documents will result in the withdrawal being withheld pending further review.
- Account updates: If any of your registration details change — including your mobile number, email address, or physical address — you must update your account profile or notify jilebit support promptly.
Deposits and Withdrawals
jilebit accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via payment methods that have been approved and listed on the platform's banking page. All transactions on jilebit are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currently supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. jilebit does not accept deposits via cryptocurrency, bank cheque, or third-party e-wallets not listed on the banking page.
- Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
- Deposit processing: Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to the player's jilebit account within minutes. Processing times for other methods may vary. jilebit is not liable for delays caused by the player's payment provider.
- Minimum withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
- Withdrawal timeframes: Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 5 minutes to 24 hours depending on the selected payment method and account verification status. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC verification is complete will be held until verification is approved.
- Payment method matching: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. jilebit reserves the right to require this matching as an anti-money-laundering control.
- Withdrawal limits: Maximum daily and weekly withdrawal limits apply and are detailed on the jilebit banking page. Withdrawal requests exceeding these limits may be split across multiple processing cycles.
- Own funds only: You may only deposit funds that legally belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using a payment account registered to another person, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
jilebit employs real-time fraud monitoring on all deposit and withdrawal transactions. Transactions that trigger automated fraud alerts may be held for manual review. During a manual review, the affected player will be notified by email or live chat. jilebit aims to complete manual reviews within 24 hours of the transaction being flagged. Players are asked to cooperate fully with any verification requests raised during a transaction review.
Bonus and Promotional Terms
jilebit offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.
- Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and free bet winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each bonus offer page. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement on jilebit deposit bonuses is 20x the bonus amount.
- Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino table games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. The contribution rates applicable to each bonus are listed in the bonus-specific terms.
- Time limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of activation. Bonus funds and any associated wagering progress will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated time limit.
- Minimum odds for sports bonuses: Where a bonus applies to sports betting, minimum odds requirements (typically 1.50 or higher per selection) apply to qualifying bets. Bets placed at odds below the minimum threshold will not count toward wagering requirements.
- Maximum withdrawal from bonus: Some bonuses carry a cap on the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from winnings generated while playing with bonus funds. The maximum withdrawal limit, where applicable, is stated in the individual bonus terms.
- One bonus at a time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
- Bonus abuse: jilebit monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk or zero-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, collusion between accounts, and repeated registration using different identities to claim new-player bonuses multiple times. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided and may face permanent closure.
User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
By using the jilebit platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and in a manner that is lawful, respectful, and fair to other users, game providers, and the platform itself. The following obligations apply to all registered players at all times.
You agree that you will not, at any time:
- Provide false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage of registration, verification, or ongoing platform use.
- Open or operate more than one jilebit account, whether under your own identity or under any alias, pseudonym, or fabricated identity.
- Attempt to circumvent any security feature, access control, geolocation check, or identity verification procedure implemented by jilebit.
- Use automated software, bots, scripts, data scraping tools, or artificial intelligence agents to interact with the jilebit platform in a manner not expressly permitted by jilebit in writing.
- Engage in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or coordinated strategy with other players designed to gain an unfair advantage or to exploit pricing anomalies in jilebit's betting markets.
- Exploit any software error, bug, or pricing mistake on the jilebit platform. Any winnings derived from a clear technical error on jilebit's part are not valid and will not be paid out.
- Deposit or wager funds that are derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful source. jilebit is committed to anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance and cooperates with relevant authorities where required by law.
- Engage in conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward jilebit support staff or other players interacting with the platform's community features.
- Attempt to charge back, reverse, or dispute a deposit via your payment provider after that deposit has been wagered on the jilebit platform. Fraudulent chargebacks constitute theft and will be pursued accordingly.
jilebit reserves the right to investigate any account at any time where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these obligations. During an investigation, the affected account may be temporarily restricted from making withdrawals pending the outcome of the review. jilebit will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the affected player within a reasonable timeframe.
Account Suspension and Closure
jilebit reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jilebit has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, applicable law, or any specific platform rule. Grounds for account suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:
- Failure to complete identity or age verification within the timeframe specified by jilebit.
- Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, including use of stolen payment credentials or fabricated identity documents.
- Breach of the one-account-per-player policy.
- Evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or use of prohibited software tools.
- Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
- A legal or regulatory instruction requiring the account to be closed.
- Prolonged inactivity in accordance with jilebit's dormant account policy (accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to an administrative maintenance fee as detailed on the platform's banking page).
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms by the player, jilebit reserves the right to void any pending bets, cancel any active bonuses, and withhold any balance associated with the breach pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's own request or due to a voluntary self-exclusion, any remaining real-money balance (excluding voided bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after standard verification procedures have been completed.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilebit, its officers, employees, agents, partners, and game providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the jilebit platform, including but not limited to: loss of wagered funds due to normal game outcomes; temporary platform unavailability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance; technical failures attributable to the player's device, browser, or internet connection; delays caused by third-party payment processors; or decisions made by the player under the influence of intoxicating substances or in an emotionally compromised state.
jilebit makes no warranty or representation, express or implied, that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While jilebit implements industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption, real-time fraud monitoring, and secure payment channels — no system is entirely immune to technical risk, and jilebit cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.
The jilebit platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jilebit's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, excluding any bonus funds.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jilebit's liability for death or personal injury caused by jilebit's proven negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. jilebit's limitation of liability provisions are intended to allocate risk appropriately between the platform and its players — not to disclaim responsibility for the platform's own material failings.
